Everything was perfect!

We stayed in the Garden Cabin and had a wonderful trip. Everything was perfect and we are looking forward to visiting again soon

We had a Beautiful stay

The cabin is so cute. The location is great, felt super close to everything but far enough from the city that it felt like an escape. Frank was such a lovely host- he greeted us and was available for any questions or requests and was just all around great. We got to feed the animals as well which was so much fun. We had a beautiful stay and would highly recommend!

New Koi Fish!!

The Cove at Fairview is happy to announce the arrival of 20 new Koi Fish. These Koi are different colors – red/white, blue, orange and tricolor. Their fins are standard and butterfly.

Koi are naturally bottom feeders. Once the water temperature warms up a little more, we (and our guests) will train the Koi Fish to come to the surface for a feeding.

New Bench at Koi Pond!

New Bench at Koi Pond!

We have a new bench at Koi Pond! Danny and a helper built this sturdy bench. This large bench has seating for 4-5. What a great place to sit and enjoying feeding our Koi Fish or simply to enjoy the relaxing sound of our fountain. This is one of several places on our property to enjoy the peacefulness of nature!

Garden Cabin Bridge!!

We have constructed a beautiful new bridge. The bridge is from the parking area to the Garden Cabin deck. It is constructed with pressure treated pine wood and hog wire. This bridge is a great upgrade for our guests. Guests can now leave their car and conveniently cross the bridge onto the Garden Cabin deck.

New Porch Cushions at the Garden Cabin!!

We have recently added new porch cushions to the Garden Cabin. These striped cushions with muted greens add a look of natural elegance to the porch. The porch has a wicker type table for two – perfect for a romantic meal under the stars. There are also two metal chairs and a metal loveseat. The porch also features a private hot tub and a propane & charcoal grill (propane and charcoal provided).

Amazing Time

“We went up this past weekend. Us plus one kiddo and had an amazing time. The owner was amazingly accommodating and the cabin was phenomenal. Rustic and beautiful with all the amenities one may or may not need. I suggest the meat farm stand about two miles away for the best steaks I’ve had and grilling on the deck. Both propane and charcoal. Going back and can’t wait. Close to everything Asheville offers.”

Exactly what we were looking for

“This cabin was exactly what we were looking for to celebrate our 10 yr anniversary! It’s just far enough away from Asheville to make it a sweet retreat, but also close enough to enjoy the city. We really appreciate all the details from the eggs/bread to the animals and falls. The clean and comfortable cabin and it’s surrounding deck were perfect for us! We look forward to our next trip here.”

Wonderful Getaway

“I could not have been more impressed with our accommodations in Fairview, NC. The cabin is absolutely beautiful and when built there was so much attention to detail. The views were outstanding and Frank and family were outstanding hosts! We will be coming again and staying longer this time because three days in this cabin was not nearly enough!!! Perfect for a romantic getaway or just some much needed R&R!”

Beautiful, Peaceful, Clean and Cozy

“My husband and I stayed here for a three day weekend in the winter. This cabin had everything we could have wanted and more! Frank and his family were excellent hosts. We were welcomed in person by Frank who gave us a quick walk around to make sure we could work all of the appliances, TV, etc. and also to deliver fresh eggs from the farm and a just-baked loaf of bread – both were fabulous! They didn’t skimp on anything in this cabin. Everything was excellent quality from the furniture to the appliances to the hot tub. We built a fire every night and did some great hikes in the area. We found ourselves saying we wished we were staying for a month instead of just three days! Can’t wait to go back.”
