  • Visit animals at the barn/pasture area – feed carrots to the donkeys, goat and horses & feed mealworms to the chickens
  • Relax at the Lotus Pond – feed Koi and while enjoying beautiful Lotus Flowers
  • Enjoy the sound of frogs at night
  • Walk/run around the property and enjoy the landscaping while you exercise
  • Enjoy outdoor fireplace & roast marshmallows (at the three larger homes and My Roundette)
  • View the stars from your porch

Relax and Recharge with a massage at your rental house! Massagesfor $75/hr (License #9484).    

$125 for an hour and a half Deep Healing Massage. A unique combination of different modalities and healing traditions.  Contact us to arrange.

      • The North Carolina Arboretum www.ncarboretum.org 828-665-2492 This family-friendly facility features elaborate gardens and educational displays. Wooded trails are closed. Entry is donation based.
      • For a great brewery in the Asheville Area consider Wicked Weed (Biltmore Ave. Location), Sierra Nevada )Mills River), or Highlands (East Asheville).

Hiking

The 11-mile Asheville corridor of the Blue Ridge Parkway — from US 70 near the Folk Art Center (milepost 382.5) to NC Route 191 near the NC Arboretum (milepost 393.6) as well as the French Broad Overlook (milepost 393.8) — has reopened. The Asheville Visitor Center is also open now, with the Folk Art Center following on Saturday, Nov. 9. The nearest exit for the Blue Ridge Parkway is right before you hit I-40.”
